Serious Legal Problems at Shamrock Trails Ranch

As many of our visitors know, we purchased our 20 acre parcel in 2000 hoping to develop a ranch for Siberian Huskies, goats, other animals, and run a retreat/seminar location for people in need of counseling support.

That dream could come to a close for lack of funds to pay a competent lawyer to help us.

Steve and I are both smart people. He has a bachelor's degree in Education, and Master's degree in human behavior and counseling, and I have a degree in Mechanical engineering. Steve taught in some of the roughest schools in San Diego for many years, and is now retired after over a decade on disability. I am a software engineer whose last corporate job was shipped out to India, and who has been working as an internet marketer and consulting software developer. The contracts have been fewer than I would like.

At this point in time, we need enough financial help to get us through the stage of filing our lawsuit against Countrywide home loans. They stopped disbursing construction funds pursuant to an illegal, unbonded stop notice that was filed by our former general contractor. He filed it after he walked off the job in a huff over a disputed invoice for services.
