Emryld Siberian's Volcano + Shadow Breeding

The first litter of 2004 (AKC WS081594) was just delivered on 30 March 2004. Mom is our Shadow, and Dad is our Volcano.

All six puppies are healthy and active. Four are red/white in color, and two are black/white. Eye color is becoming definitive at this point; we've marked what is our current best guess for eye color.

At three weeks of age, all our little ones like to stay near each other. You can see the black/white boy practicing his howling technique above.

All of these puppies are being placing with families with a spay/neuter agreement. That means that their registrations are marked "limited" and they are not to be used for breeding. All of the puppies will receive the following care:

• dew claws were removed at three days of age
• they were wormed with Nemex II beginning when they are 2 weeks old
• they received their first dose of Heartgard at 6 1/2 weeks of age
• their first puppy shots are given prior to leaving our care.
• each puppy will be implanted with an AVID microchip prior to leaving our care.
• puppies are released to their new homes starting at 8 weeks of age.

Eye Color

Now that the puppies are older, it has become more clear what their eye colors are. We have an interesting mixture of blue, amber, one bi-eyed puppy and two puppies with a parti-colored eye.
