Emryld Siberian's Volcano + Cognac Breeding
Cognac delivered a
beautiful litter
(AKC WS134016) of all red/white puppies on 18 May 2005. Dad is our
Volcano. We expected this litter to
have a mixture of
approximately half amber and half blue eyes. As it turned out most of the eyes
are amber this time, with four puppies having one of each.

All of these puppies will be placed with families on a
spay/neuter
agreement. That means that their registrations are marked "limited" and they are
not to be used for breeding. All of the puppies will receive the
following care:
- they are wormed with Nemex II
beginning when they are 2 weeks old
- their first puppy shots
will
be given at 6 1/2 weeks of age,
and their second shots will be given at 9 1/2 weeks of age if they are still
with us at that time
- each puppy will be implanted with an
AVID microchip prior to leaving our care.
- puppies are released to their new homes starting at 8 weeks of age, which
should be on or after 12 July 2005.
Eye Color
This litter is expected to have approximately half amber eyes and half blue
eyes, because Cognac is amber-eyed and Volcano is blue-eyed. Because of the way
Siberian genetics tend to work, the eye colors may even be split in individual
puppies, producing bi-eyed puppies. We will not know which puppy has which eye
color until approximately 4-5 weeks of age because it takes time for the amber
eye color to become apparent. Amber eyes start out looking just like the blue
eyes.
Availability
Puppies are available for selection by people on our pick list, in the order
